Separate, carefully-considered training plans have been developed for all ability levels.

Level 1: 5k/10k
10 week programme for complete beginners

Level 2: 5k/10k

10 week programme designed for those who have run the distance before but are looking for a structured programme

Level 3: 10k
9 week programme for more ambitious runners who will be runing the 10k in less than 40 minutes (men) or 44 minutes (women)

Level 1: Half Marathon
Designed for those running the distance in around two hours

Level 2: Half Marathon
Designed for those aiming to run the distance in under 1hr45

Level 3: Advanced Half Marathon
Designed for those aiming to run the distance in under 1hr30

14 week 'Get-You-Round' Marathon programme, including those aiming for 4hrs30
